SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING COSTS
A contribution of €5.00 is required for delivery costs in Italy. No contribution is required for orders over €69 (net of discounts, promotions and collection costs).
SHIPPING METHODS
The shipment of the products is carried out via a courier selected by Marotta preziosi srl for which a shipment tracking service is active.
The courier delivers on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays) from 9:00 to 18:00. Deliveries will be made within 24/48 hours from the date of the Order Confirmation (if the order is placed before 16:00 on a weekday and except in the case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances) excluding disadvantaged areas.
In the event of a failed delivery, the courier leaves a notice on the intercom/in the mailbox, informing the recipient that the delivery has been made. A second delivery is automatically rescheduled for the following day. If the recipient is still absent, the shipment is stored in the local branch for 3 working days. On the 4th working day, the package is deposited at the relevant Post Office and the postman delivers a notification postcard to the recipient. The recipient has a further 7 days (working days, including Saturday) to collect the package from the Post Office. If the package is not collected within this period of time, it is automatically returned to Marotta Preziosi.
Marotta Preziosi will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
In the case of deliveries made to receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Marotta Preziosi will not be held responsible for subsequent failed deliveries of the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that the products are not currently scheduled for delivery to that country. However, since Marotta Preziosi is evaluating the opportunity to extend the list of countries to which it can ship, we recommend contacting marottapreziosibari@hotmail.com
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps); any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by making a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier; Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document.
SHIPPING TIMES
The delivery of the products takes place within 24-48 hours from the date of receipt of the order if the latter is placed before 4 pm on a weekday. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by malfunctions in the service by the courier, by causes of force majeure or in the event of holidays. In the case of purchase by credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipping may be caused by the impossibility of withdrawing the amount authorized for payment. The delivery times indicated by Marotta Preziosi must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments, does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnity.
