Returned due to change of mind

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed, we will refund your money.

14 days from purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of the purchased item for another item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the terms of your refund.

Substitutions

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transportation. For replacement with the same item, please send us an email to info.marottapreziosi@gmail.com

Return shipping

To return the product, you must ship it to: Marotta Preziosi - Piazza Aldo Moro 58 - 70122 Bari BA - Italy.

Buyer is responsible for returning the item to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
